ORDER PAYMENT

The available payment methods are: bank transfer after invoice (prepaid invoice) or online bank transfer.
1. Payment by invoice: when completing the purchase, an advance invoice for the order will be automatically generated and sent to your e-mail, which you can pay by bank transfer. In the payment order, indicate your order number (it is indicated on the invoice). It is not necessary to send us a payment order. We surcharge 1.99 EUR up to purchase of 10.00 EUR (excl. shipping and VAT).

2. Online bank transfer to the Montonio platform by choosing your bank. Data transmission security is ensured by the Montonio payment platform (+371 66778881)


SHIPPING INFO

We offer the following options for sending/receiving goods:

1. Receive the product at the warehouse in Jelgava, Lāču 42k after receiving payment and confirmation. Average delivery time: 2-4 days, depending on the order, for delivery in LV territory and 6-7 working days for delivery in other EU countries. We ship to the following EU countries: Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany,  Sweden. For deliveries to other countries please contact Customer service.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to immediately buy the product on the spot in the store, only by completing the order in advance, paying for it and receiving confirmation.

2. Receive by courier (to the parcel) Venipak / Omniva/ DVD (please see the delivery options in the shopping cart) to the specified address or to the parcel. Deliveries throughout the EU are provided by a network of couriers. You will return the delivery costs in the SHOPPING CART, after entering the delivery address and depending on the weight of the goods and the size of the shipment. Average turnaround time: 2-4 business days.

RETURN OF GOODS

The customer - a natural person, in accordance with the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" has the right to return the product to the Seller within 14 days from the day of receipt. In this case, the Customer must fill out the form "Return of goods - REFUSAL FORM", available for download on the website of the online store www.pakoshop.eu and return it together with the product to the address: Lāču 42k, Jelgava, Latvia, LV-3008. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Items that were made individually, according to the buyer's design and with the buyer's print, cannot be returned. Before placing an order, please consult with our specialists about choosing the most suitable order.
